Because SEO Brief OS sells digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on change of mind, dissatisfaction, or lack of usage.

Duplicate Purchases
A refund may be issued only if the same product was accidentally purchased two or more times by the same customer. In this case, please contact us at support@seobriefos.com with your order details and proof of the duplicate transaction. Once verified, we will refund the duplicate purchase(s) to the original payment method.
